Rental Terms & Deposit Policy

The security deposit is a mandatory refundable guarantee held against unexpected traffic violations, parking fines, or unbilled Salik toll crossings.

• Refund Timeline: Strictly 14 to 21 business days after the car is returned. This delay is mandated by the Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) and Dubai Police to allow automated radar cameras and fines to be processed into the central database.
• Refund Methods: Returned via bank transfer, refund to your credit card, cash at our office, or cryptocurrency (USDT).
• Transparent Ledger: You will receive an official RTA fine report and itemized Salik statement along with your refund breakdown.

Dubai operates an automated electronic toll collection system called Salik. Each car is fitted with a windshield RFID tag.

• Charge: Exactly 5 AED per gate crossing. We do NOT add service fees or processing surcharges.
• Main Toll Locations: Al Barsha, Al Safa, Al Maktoum Bridge, Airport Tunnel, Al Garhoud.
• Tolls are tracked in real-time via the RTA portal and deducted from the deposit upon final checkout.

Every rental includes a daily mileage allowance of 250 km / day (or 4,500 km / month).

• Extra Mileage: 1 AED per additional km for Economy and Comfort sedans; 1.5–2 AED/km for SUVs and Vans.
• Fuel Policy: Same-to-same. You receive the vehicle with a given fuel level and return it with the same level.
